Bring the readings your building management system already collects into maintenance, over BACnet/IP.
- An on-site gateway finds BACnet/IP controllers by broadcast, direct address or through a BBMD
- Browse each controller’s objects with live values, units and status flags such as fault or overridden
- Pick the points to monitor and link them to locations and assets, with their own polling interval
- BMS points get live data, history, alert rules and automatic work orders like any other sensor
- Only administrators see network settings; managers see status, technicians work with the readings
