Expenditure budgets
See where every budget stands while there’s still time to act: what was allocated, what’s been spent and what’s already on order.
- Monthly, quarterly, annual or fixed-period budgets for a cost centre, a site, a building and everything in it, an expense category, or the whole organisation
- Money spent and purchase orders still open shown side by side, so nothing is counted twice
- A bar on every budget that turns amber near the limit and red once it’s over
- Open any budget to see the transactions behind the figure and how past periods compared
- Approvers see the remaining balance, and a warning if a vendor’s costs would go over, before they sign off
- Email and in-app alerts when spending reaches a threshold, goes over, or a period is about to end
- Spending on a work order counts against its cost centre and location by itself; filter by owner or department and export to CSV
