Data isolation

Every organisation’s records are separated at the database level with row-level security: one customer can never read another’s data.

Roles and sites

Admins, managers, technicians, occupants and vendors each see only what their role needs; staff can be limited to their sites. Occupants only ever see their own requests.

Accounts

Email verification, two-factor authentication with an authenticator app, and sign-in protection against automated attacks.

Audit trail

Changes to work orders and settings are recorded with who and when.

Hosting

Hosted on Supabase (PostgreSQL) with encrypted connections.
